With the Job Future platform (Job Futures), we declare the title and logo with a Service Mark (SM). We are pursing obtaining Trademark privelages as we estblish commerce and usage of the service. At this stage, we do not permit usage of the title or logo in any situation. If your organization sees a potential usage, please contact us.

Patent

Our team was recently granted a patent (US-11587190). A Job Future builds on the Job Label aspect of the patent. There are currently no encumberances. If your organization sees a licensing opportunity or identify a possible infringement, please contact us. We appreciate your help in protecting our intellectual property.

Copyrights

In the early stages of releasing Job Futures as a service, we vigorously look to protect our graphics, apps, code, websites, and promotions with copyrights. We attempt to publish a copyright symbol on all appropriate materials. Please contact us if you identify an organization abusing our copyrights or if we are not appropriately marking our property.
